1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During high-demand periods or festivals, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll keep you informed.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link or AWB number once your order is shipped.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.

  • Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

5. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at showersofblessings93@gmail.com with your order details.

We’ll assist you with tracking or claim processes.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).

Note: Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged on arrival.

2. Return Process

  1. Email us at showersofblessings93@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, photos/videos of the product, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return or replacement steps.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Razorpay) once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds usually take 5–7 business days to appear in your account.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are offered only for damaged or defective items, subject to availability.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
