Exchange & Refund Policy – [ShowersOfBlessings]
At [ShowersOfBlessings], we take great care to ensure your frames reach you in perfect condition. Please read our Exchange & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
We offer exchange only, not refunds, under the following conditions:
1. The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. You inform us within 3 days of delivery.
3. The product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following products cannot be exchanged or returned:
• Customised / personalised frames
• Name frames
• Photo frames printed with customer photos
• Clearance or sale items
• Products damaged due to customer handling, water exposure, or improper installation
3. Process for Exchange
1. Contact us via Instagram with:
• Order ID
• Unboxing video
• Photo of the issue
2.Once approved, we will arrange/guide the return shipping.
3.After receiving the product, an exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days.
4. Shipping Costs
• If the product was delivered damaged/incorrect → We cover the exchange shipping cost.
• For any other reason → Customer bears return shipping charges.
5. No Refund Policy
We currently do not offer refunds, except in rare cases where the product is out of stock for replacement.
In such cases, a refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
6. Colour & Size Disclaimer
• Slight colour variations may occur due to screen/monitor differences.
• Sizes are approximate and may vary by ±1–2 cm due to manual measurement.
These variations do not qualify as defects.
7. Frame Damage After Use
Damage caused after the product is used, dropped, or exposed to moisture is not covered under exchange.
